By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Tire Repair Center (“TRC”) reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

1. Product Accuracy & Availability

We do our best to ensure product listings are accurate and up to date. However:

  • Inventory levels and pricing may change without notice.

  • Product photos are for reference only and may not reflect exact condition (especially for used tires).

  • TRC reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock availability, pricing errors, or other unforeseen issues.

2. Tire Condition

  • Used tires may have blemishes, patches, or non-structural cosmetic imperfections. All used tires are sold as-is unless otherwise stated.

  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure tire size, load rating, and application are appropriate for their vehicle or equipment.

3. Shipping

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted directly for special orders.

  • Once a shipment leaves our facility, TRC is not liable for delays, damage, or loss caused by the carrier.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all shipments upon arrival and report damage or discrepancies within 48 hours.

4. Returns & Refunds

Our Refund Policy (linked below) outlines conditions for authorized returns.
All sales are final unless approved by management. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

5. Limitation of Liability

TRC is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the installation or use of any tire purchased through this website.
We recommend installation by a trained technician.

6. Payment & Order Acceptance

  • All payments must be made in full before shipment.

  • Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.
