You can return most unused, unmounted items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

Custom or special-order items

Sale or clearance items

Any item that is damaged or incomplete
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged in transit), we’ll cover the return shipping
